Finding the perfect fit requires factoring in the width and thickness of the foot, the height of the instep, and the dancer’s personal preference of fit. On first fit, Dance Paws® should feel tight. They will stretch to their final fit in four to six hours of wear.

Measure with a Ruler

You'll need a ruler, a piece of blank paper, and a pen or pencil.

Stand on a piece of paper and draw lines as shown here.

Measure the widest diameter of your foot, from the joint just below the base of the big toe to the joint below the little toe. Find your size in the table below.

This chart accounts for the width of your foot but not the thickness. If you have thick feet and are close to the next size, consider one size larger. If you have a high instep and are close to the smaller size, consider one size smaller. Young children may use one size larger.
